Pumpkin, Chicken and Coconut Mash
Ingredients
½ cooked pumpkin or sweet potato
½ teaspoon desiccated coconut
½ teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon chopped cooked chicken
Method
Smash cooked pumpkin or sweet potato in a bowl. Add coconut oil and stir in well. Tip out blend onto LickiMat. Sprinkle with pieces of cooked chicken and desiccated coconut.
Serve immediately or wrap and freeze for later.
