Pesce e verdure in scatola
Ingredients
1 lattina di pesce – tonno, salmone, sardine
1 cucchiaio di carota grattugiata
½ cucchiaino di prezzemolo fresco tritato
Method
Scola la maggior parte dell'olio dal pesce in scatola o, se il pesce è in acqua di sorgente, usalo tutto o parte sul LickiMat®. Utilizzando una forchetta, schiacciare e distribuire il pesce sulla superficie.
Cospargere di carota e prezzemolo grattugiati. Facoltativo utilizzare un cucchiaio di patata dolce cotta o di zucca tagliata a pezzetti. Servire immediatamente o avvolgere e congelare per dopo.
